I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with the service we've received with Mark Castley. Right from the beginning Mark was attentive and keen to meet our needs. As well as being incredibly approachable and responsive to questions and queries, he also been of great help in managing conversations with the vendors, which has been a real gift when you are not a native speaker! Unlike some other experiences with estate agents, he never made us feel pressured and we have always felt we could trust that he had our best interests at heart. He has also been careful to make sure that every ‘i’ is dotted and every ’t’ is crossed, meaning that we have felt in very safe hands indeed.
