Very professional service! We found a property outside Barcelona, and weren't sure exactly how the purchase process worked. We contacted Isabel Mondéjar after recommendations from our neighbours. She went to the viewing with us, and had already gone through the paperwork of the building to make sure everything was in order. She checked the property with us, and asked all the necessary questions to make sure everything was in order. Once we decided to buy, she accompanied us and helped us throughout the whole process: from signing the reserva, to the meeting and payment of arras (deposit), and the final signing at the notary. She also helped us to get the best mortgage rates (better than the ones we found ourselves, even via our own bank), together with their partner, Creditoh. Over the approximately 45 days we spent from viewing the property to the final signing, she was very helpful, and any questions we had (there were a lot) were answered promptly. She was our point of contact throughout the process, and as our representative, made sure that the process went as it should - which gave us the feeling that everything was in order, so we could relax and plan our new home.
