    I bought an apartment with tourist license in Barcelona some years ago and when I had to relocate to Asia for work, I entrusted the management to BeTendency. I fully recommend them for those owners looking for full property management services. They do it all and I don’t have to worry about anything. They are never late on the payments and handle very professionally all legal issues also (attend meetings with the neighbours on my behalf, make sure all taxes are paid, etc). I am very happy I found them!

    We have been working with Tendency for over 10 years now and we're 100% satisfied with the absolutely fantastic work they do.     We recently bought an apartment in Barcelona and since we don’t live there, we struggled to find a management company that we could trust. We are 100% satisfied with Tendency and the support and transparency they provide and recommend them to all owners that like us invested in a property and need someone trustworthy to take care of it and maximize its revenue.     This team is simply amazing. They are extremely helpful with everything! We bought a touristic apartment as an invesetment and they assessed us with everything, from choosing the most profitable property within our budget to renovating and furnishing, making sure we were complying with all legal aspects etc etc. Since we are not living in Barcelona we couldn´t be happier with having someone this professional managing our property. Thanks for everything !!

    We are currently living in Abu Dhabi and entrusted our investment property in Spain to BeTendency. They have been very helpful from the beginning, supporting us find an apartment with tourist licence within our budget, do the works and furnish it in a short amount of time and with a rather low investment.
